Frequently asked questions; Q- What if I'm not sure what type of film or results I need for my project? A- Tell us what you want to achieve and we will evaluate the highest quality result for the most cost-effective price. Q- When should I call for a appointment? A- As soon as you can. Appointment times are available during normal business hours on a first come first service basis. Any special time arrangements for studio or location may be available on a limited basis. Contact the studio at (423) 894-6448 when you are ready to set your appointment. Q- When should I arrive for my appointment and what should I bring? A- We know your time is valuable and so is ours. In order to use your time with us most effectively, please arrive on time with any props or supplies you will need for the photo shoot. We understand when emergencies come up, yet to avoid any time fees, please call or fax us 24 hours in advance if you are not able to keep you appointment. Q- Looking for a specific prop or background? A- If you are having trouble finding the right prop or background please call us prior to your appointment. We have some backgrounds and props in stock as well as suppliers to help find what you need. Q- What kind of turnaround or delivery can I expect? A- We will work with you and your deadlines when ever possible. When deadlines are important, please specify at time of ordering when you will be needed it. If you need your job completed faster than normally required, RUSH charges will be added to your order. Because of heavy workloads and volume quantities involved, actual service time may vary. Quoted services times indicate in-house turnaround and does not include the time required for pick-up, delivery or shipping. We are not responsible for delays in shipping by common couriers or US mail. Q- Is it not quite right? A- Although we aspire to perfection, we may not always meet that goal. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please return the original materials and the final work we produced so we can make the appropriate corrections. Please return any questionable materials within 48 hours. Q- What are your studio hours of operation? A- Our regular business hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Other appointment times must be approved and arranged for in advance. |
